The Rocky Coast Of Maine. That's what they call it. For me, the only real difference between the rocks and the water is their state of matter. their concentration of minerals.
The rocks followed the same rules as the water when the rock were forming. There isn't a living thing in the water that isn't made up of the same thing as the water and the rocks it melts.
This image is of the end of the dry land between... well, I'd like to say Ireland, but it is more honest to say Venezuela. Because these rocks were carved as the glaciers moved south over the land.
When the great tide of cold receded and the elements returned from its rock form to what we see as water, the tides returned.
Just like it will do here in a few hours, this will be under water again and the snails and the kelp and the sea moss will once again add their life to the process of turning the ocean into fish, and plants.
I am just a guy. . . I may or may not have an eye for pictures. It's not really for me to decide, That's for you to do. . . I will take pictures of things others may see as mundane. Then I dig down into those images to see what is where. The tech does a lot of the work for me, I can't pretend. But the tech doesn't see what I see. . . Buddy of mine (this officially lets him off the hook for this) always tells the story of how when we would walk together as kids he would always be looking up and out and around, meanwhile, I would walk with my neck bent looking down at the ground.
