Let's seeeeeee: I've got a horse, an owl, a duck, a cat.....then most of all, the Queen's broken agony........it is a...reflection.....so terrible her pain,loss... nobility isn't always happily enthroned........pity the poor Queen.....no one dares repair her, she won't consent, her life is spent, her body wrent, her mind..............distant...........

BTW, you do see the Rook, Knight, Horse piece there, right? And the Queen's broken agony is written on her face.

Interesting how most 10-11/year olds behave......'poor sports' , sigh, evidence an imbalance, perhaps too high self-regard/need to 'win'......they do win, eventually, when they grow up !!.......good series, poking fun at those who care...out of character, for you, so, easier to bear........following this story.....more, please. VIVA

Uther Pendraggin replied:

Don't you mean "IF" they grow up. I thought that it was the Uther character that was the one being poked. The scaredy cat, the sore loser. Having fun with the ones who care. Yes, I'm liking this story. Won't it be even more fun with a beach filled with 10 year old friends? People fight because they forgot how much more fun collaboration is than competition.

About Uther Pendraggin

Uther Pendraggin

I am just a guy. . . I may or may not have an eye for pictures. It's not really for me to decide, That's for you to do. . . I will take pictures of things others may see as mundane. Then I dig down into those images to see what is where. The tech does a lot of the work for me, I can't pretend. But the tech doesn't see what I see. . . Buddy of mine (this officially lets him off the hook for this) always tells the story of how when we would walk together as kids he would always be looking up and out and around, meanwhile, I would walk with my neck bent looking down at the ground. The clouds are indeed beautiful. But the world where you are has beauty as well. But you have to find it. . . I don't always live in...
